Classic 1:3 decoction-to-milk, light sweet, served in tumbler and davara.
Sweetened with palm jaggery instead of sugar. Earthy, slightly smoky.
Black filter coffee with dry ginger, pepper and palm jaggery. Winter restorative.
Slow-dripped overnight, served over a single large ice cube with cardamom milk.
